I never liked beef, sausage, nor jerky until I ate theirs. It is absolutely delicous! Everything made here is so fresh and juicy. Their ham and check are the best I have tasted, also. Plus, they have added a line of cheesecakes, last time I ate there. :)
There is local history in this business dating back to 1943. It is currently run by their third generation. They sell both retail and wholesale. Plus, they are involved in supporting sustainable agriculture and voluntary USDA conservation programs.
There are so many reasons to buy here, a few reasons are: customized ordering, NO MINIMUM ORDER, and they have a local warehouse (plus their farm). One can order online, via phone, or by visiting their plant. How convenient.
Prices are simply great. They are heavily involved in the community and are well worth the support.
