I have found the associates in the Copy Center as being knowledgeable and helpful. It's not economical to copy/collate large documents. Single copy prices are ok.
As far as the rest of the store, I am ambivalent. I have received both good and bad customer service. I like more consistency. The prices overall are high, I believe.
The parking is plentiful and the exterior is welcoming. The interior is warehouse like and clean.
