This is the wost Best Buy I've ever been to! The customer service, if you can call it that, is terrible; the way the sales people follow you around makes shopping uncomfortable and even after you tell them you're just browsing, they insist on helping you find something to purchase and ask you 50 questions about your music taste. From now on I will be shopping at the Northcrest Best Buy or online only...no more Apple Glen for me!
