I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the Laura Pels on Wednesday afternoon. I won't comment on the production (though I loved it) as this is about the venue, not the play.
COMFORTABLE SEATS with LEG ROOM! Isn't that pleasant? I never thought I would be so thankful for this small feature. No temperature problems.
The stage almost looks like a cutout box - a proscenium with no thrust, but it was almost framed (this might just be because of the current production). Even though I was sitting on the far edge of audience right, I still had a great view.
The Pels is a small enough theatre that it seems that every seat should have a good view.
