If I was a commuter I would take the Light Rail. Why? Because it is environmentally rewarding and you don't have to contend with the traffic.
Some businesses and I know that state employees get incentives for using the Light Rail.
Obvious incentives are no parking hassles, no waiting forever in traffic with unpredictable accidents.
During the commute time Light Rail is pack, so you are safe among the working class.
