I need a replacement piece for my dishwasher, the bottom rack had rusted but other than that the dishwasher was in great shape.
So I called Sear Parts and Service Center, gave them the part number. Person on the phone said they didn't have it, yet was real helpful in giving the number to the Sunrise store.
I called them they had it and told me that per their computer records the Florin store had the part too.
So, I called the Florin store and sure enough they had the part. I was explained that the other person who answered the phone before was new, made a learning mistake.
