I have been enjoying the benefits of Curves for nearly a year. It has been very helpful in keeping my aging body flexible. Annette, the Manager, has been very supportive and most helpful, always there with encouragement as well as constructive advice. She, with her very friendly and able staff, keep Curves spotless and oh !! so clean. I find it very uplifting to spend less than an hour of my time several days a week at Curves.
