I usually go to PC&P because I get their 4 cent copy coupons from the coupon lady on the Ave, or in the Student Survival Kit book from the U Bookstore. The employees aren't particularly cheerful, and sometimes hard to locate when you want to pay. I had one guy not ring up my coupon even though it was directly in front of him. I had said, clearly and not quietly, "I have a coupon" and when I pointed this out after he had entered the number of copies, he told me "You can use it next time." And he acted like it was my fault. However, 4 cent copies are a powerful draw, so I'll endure occasionally lousy service.
