I feel so blessed to have The Lakewood Link Recreation Center in my home-town. Since I have a little toddler, she can enjoy the indoor pool that The Link has. The pool is heated, so she doesn't shiver the whole time, and there's a large pirate ship in the middle of the kiddie pool.
The Pirate Ship has two slides, a steering wheel, a tunnel, and some cannons that shoot out water. My daughter is just 1 1/2 but she enjoys this ship immensely. She likes turning the steering wheel and going down the slides the most.
Although I don't really like that there's water squirting out everywhere on the ship, the kids think it's fun, so I just avoid it as much as possible.
Then there's a long dragon slide for kids up to adults that takes approximately 7 seconds to come down! It brings you out into the shallow part of the adult pool. This pool's a blast!
