First off - I've never bought a vehicle at Phil Long Ford. But since my Ford Focus's air conditioner went out, I brought it in to get repaired.
The repair cost was not too bad, but the repair guys told me that my car had another major problem that would cost several thousands of dollars to be repaired. They told me it wasn't very safe to drive, and my car needed to be repaired ASAP!
I was quite nervous about this finding, but despite their warnings, I decided to get a second opinion.
The second car repair place found nothing at all wrong with my car! I couldn't believe it. Phil Long tried to get me to pay thousands of dollars for a service I didn't need!
This was about a year ago, and my car has been just fine ever since.
I will never be back to Phil Long of Denver!
