Some of these reviews for this company(on many sites) seem fraudulent! We fired this company after our two to three week bathroom remodel turned into a three month nightmare. They did not get a permit, which means that they were operating illegally as a licensed contractor. This is criminal activity. There was never a design plan even though we were promised one multiple times. It is funny how one of their reviews from citysearch mentions their amazing design team that does not exist. They would show up late or not at all. They left trash and garbage in our house and yard for weeks. They did not even protect our hardwood floor with a runner initially during demo and scratched it. We had a waterfall in the wall at one point due to a cap popping off in the middle of the night. We had to shut the water off manually, so it would not flood our neighbor's house. We were told this is common and not to worry about it. They sent three sets of their plumbers(their third plumber, they told us, was a "professional" ...) to diagnose a problem...finally(after many weeks), the last set of "professional" plumbers realized that none of the plumbing was strapped as well as many other issues. We have paid them $6900...we ended up with a shell of a room with no shower, an incorrectly framed broken tub, insufficient nailing on ceiling joists above the shower, no toilet, no vanity...all bad plumbing(some sewage and drains even running uphill), no lights, incorrect electrical and ventilation. After multiple inspections, we were told that it all needed to be redone. Jay told us he would not even consider giving us a full refund. Furthermore, they broke and scratched our new whirlpool tub. We have no confidence in the quality of their work and simply want a refund and to be compensated for the tub that we will have to replace. We have contacted the BBB and Contractors State License Board. Do yourself a favor, and do not hire this company!!!
