We received a mailing from this agency stating our insurance could be lowered if we switched to State Farm, so we made an appointment to see what we could get. Before we even went to the office for an appointment, my husband was given a quote over the phone. When we got to the office, we were told that quote was only valid if we got our auto, home owners, life and long term care insurance from State Farm. We were not interested in adding a bunch of insurance just to save a bit on auto insurance. Besides, we had better rates on life and home owners with two other companies.
