Please read this!!!!!! I am a sophomore at WVU, Prete promised to paint my apartment, prior to moving in. Myself and my housemate have literally called them 100 times. They have answered one phone call this entire summer and were very rude, short with me, and said they would not answer any calls from this number. I am extremely unimpressed and I am so sorry I ever signed a lease. Please, do yourself a favor and do NOT rent from them. Though, the apartments are fairly well priced, I would not recommend this company to my enemy.
