When I went here I asked for a cute layered blonde bob, I left with unmistakably orange hair with a blunt straight line cut. Actually it wasn't even that horrible or a hair do, it just was not at all what I had asked for. I would suggest this place for someone who's not sure what they want, but not someone who wants a specific style.
