Overall, Best Buy is a good store and they have a lot to offer. They always have good deals and reasonable prices, but they have a bad return policy. Whether or not you have a receipt, they give you a merchandise credit back, which isn't fair if you paid with cash, so i geuss you'll just have to make sure that you really want an item before you buy it.
