Oh Pasqual's, how I wanted to love you. I've been to various Pasquals's (of the (3?) in Madison), and this one is about exactly like any of the others. The staff was exceedingly friendly, but the food is just terrible. No soul. Why couldn't you just be more like Q-Doba?
