We visited the blueberry Sky farm Winery in Ripley , New York, in a mountainous area just across the Pa. border. This is a winery devoted to fruit wines, many of which are made from fruits grown on the farm itself. They offer a free tasting room where one can sample any of their numerous flavors of wines. Flavors range from blueberry, cherry, peach, and blackberry to even dandelion wine. Also available are various jams and jellies. Prices generally run from 8 to 12 dollars a bottle. Truly a different kind of winery than one would think of.
