Big Lots-Allen, is located at the northwest corner of Greenville and McDermmott, just a few blocks east of Central Expressway. Their service is pretty good. They have some friendly folk there on the isles and at the front desk. [Smile] The customers are friendly as well. You can't help but be if you saw a brand name item priced for about $3.00 less than the price it was listed for at a store blocks away. Thats how it is at Big Lots. The look and feel is great. The orangish color brings out the good personality in you (IMO) and the store arrangement supports that motif, with well organized product placement. Big Lots is pretty much a place where you buy quality name brand items at reduced prices....simply put! Whats the catch? Well, there's none! The products are simply acquired from stores which are clearing their inventory. They have good support for their products. The strong advantage of Big Lots is the lowwwwww price! Friend, when I was there I did not see a single unhappy shopper there. Of course the disadvantage is product availability during the weekend where a rush hour depletes the products before they can be replaced.
