I don't really much like Citibank because of their poor customer service. This particular branch have some nice tellers but I wouldn’t go here to use their ATM’s especially at night. It is located in the older part of Antioch and the area isn’t really that safe. They usually have a security guard right outside the door too during their business hours so that is an indication that they have security issues there.
