well I go to this salon in Everett called Hollywood makeover for tanning,eyebrows and my hair their awesome. .. . very personable they like to engage in conversation with their customers. and go out of their way for you. Anything you want they give it to you. I even went there for my prom do two years ago and they did such a good job thats where my little sister and her friends ended up going.
