Hi Myrna. I've never used them but I've heard good things. All you have to do is call your local Best Buy and ask to speak with someone at the Geek Squad. It sounds silly (because it is) but the Geek Squad is Best Buy's services group that helps folks like you solve problems like the one you described. Again, I haven't used them before but I know others that have and they've had good experiences. Good luck!
