The 13th Floor is my ideal place for a night out--the crowd that frequents there tends to be more mature (in that they are over 18) and classier than the crowd that you'll find in some other Baltimore bars. They are located at the top of the Belvedere building, and have a fantastic view of the city through floor to ceiling windows on either side. Good music adds to the appeal. In my opinion, a winner in terms of Baltimore nightlife.
