We lived in these apartments prior to their renovation and loved it. The leasing office is very hospitable and our apartment was cleaned and renovated from top to bottom before we moved in – new paint, brand new carpet that we were able to pick out, new linoleum, the works! The neighborhood is a great location, near central Phoenix without the hefty price tag. They offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with large floor plans. Since we moved out (we purchased a home, otherwise we would not have left) they have completely remodeled the entire complex and it is beautiful. The only thing that made me think twice was that the apartments directly south of ours did not have the same luxury feel. But the parking is close to your front door and I never felt unsafe in my apartment when I lived alone. The rest of the surrounding neighborhood is gorgeous and the SR-51 freeway is very nearby.
