The golf courses at Hyland Hills are some of the prettiest in the area. Their landscaping is so very well done in the summer time that it' like a mini-visit to a botanic garden. The courses are a delight to stroll over even if you are not a golfer. Their restaurant is just okay--I wouldn't rave over the food, but it is a pleasant place to sit outside and have a drink after your round or while you are waiting to be called. Their par 3 course is tons of fun for beginners and it's a pleasant way to spend a couple of hours on a summer evening.
