Best Buy is a misnomer 1/30/2006

They'd be better off if they called themselves "Poor Service" or "The Who Cares Store"! Their Sunday sales ads have enticed me again and again to enter their store in search of a good buy AND customer service, but to no avail. Customer service is non-existent. Think of roaming the aisles calling "Helllllooooooo!!" to no avail. And if you arrive home and realize you need to call them for help with your product--then good luck finding someone who will answer your call and actually help you. Do yourself a favor--spend a little extra and go to place that treats you the way you deserve to be treated! more
