They'd be better off if they called themselves "Poor Service" or "The Who Cares Store"!
Their Sunday sales ads have enticed me again and again to enter their store in search of a good buy AND customer service, but to no avail. Customer service is non-existent. Think of roaming the aisles calling "Helllllooooooo!!" to no avail. And if you arrive home and realize you need to call them for help with your product--then good luck finding someone who will answer your call and actually help you.
Do yourself a favor--spend a little extra and go to place that treats you the way you deserve to be treated!
