I took my wife to Victor's Café for our first date, and we weren't disappointed by the food or the atmosphere. It's prime location in the Inner Harbor makes for an excellent view of the sunset, so make dinner reservations accordingly. The only downside, which hopefully has been rectified by now is the lack of insulation from sound pollution. Our entire meal was "serenaded" by a Poison concert in the nearby pavilion-- our water glasses pulsed along to the rhythm of the bass guitar. Still, service was great, and their selection of Italian dishes and seafood was fantastic!
