Pottery Barn is noted for their simplistic, timeless design and classic pieces. While they are not known for their low prices, they do have specials and sales from time to time. Service at this store is very good, and employees seem very willing to help you find items on registries or special order what's not in stock. When we made a purchase as a gift, the sales associate kindly took the price tags off for us, wrapped each item separately, and packed everything with care into a box. Here, higher prices do translate into a better quality of customer service.
