This Potbelly is tucked away in a side shopping plaza near the highway-like intersection of Butterfield Rd. and Highland Ave. Unfortunately, you can't see the sign unless you're on Highland. There's no sign visible.. If you do find it, though, you won't be disappointed. The delicious oven-toasted subs blow Quizno's out of the water. The atmosphere is also warm, and there's often live music.
