I have to take a moment to praise Group Health Cooperative in Redmond. I have been a member for years and have been very pleased with the doctors there. Our pediatrician, Dr. Heng, has always been very proactive with my children's care. When my firstborn was a newborn, she was quick to spot problems and referred him immediately to physical therapy, an ophthamologist, and the craniofacial clinic at Children's Hospital. When he was two years old she referred him to speech therapy. When my daughter turned two, sight unseen Dr. Heng approved a referral to speech therapy, trusting my judgement. When I started having my own physical problems, my primary care doctor, Dr. Berkson, was very good with ordering tests and really takes the time to listen to me. He also responds to emails quickly and informatively. I also have a great ob/gyn named Dr. Fure.
