This is a good little family-run restaurant in downtown Redmond, WA. They offer "fast food" Chinese food from their pre-made food buffet. Or you can special order from the menu. They've been in business at least 5 years and have a good base of return customers, so you know the food is worth going back for! I always get the orange chicken which is nice and crispy.
