Good: They were on time. They sent out a service technician and not an inspector to actually treat my house on the first visit, and I didn't have to sign a contract before service. I will now, but nice that I didn't have to commit to a year before I even knew what kind of job they would do.. Bad: Nothing overall.. Other: Office staff was very nice. SueAnn is not a typical office person, I would swear she had been out in the field with the way whe understood my bug problem..
