Carraba's is owned by the Outback folks and although I would rate the food as average, the one thing I like about it is the consistency.
It has consistently great service. The time it takes for the meals to come out always seems about right. Not so fast that you think the food was sitting under a heat lamp but not so long that you start wondering what happened.
