I had insight for a few months (this would have been late 2002)- I dropped it when my rates skyrocketed (just ofr basic services) and my internet was always going down. My husband and I avoided Insight and now AT&T does DSL in our area (we're in Jeffersonville). We have not had a service call yet and we've had service since end of December. I used to call Insight about every 3 days :( I know my neighbor next door calls them about that often. It's sad watching them stand and look up a pole and be confused. Good luck!
