As far as thrift shops go, Gift and Thrift is worth a visit. I've only found a few clothing items that I'd actually wear, but they have overstock Ben Sherman for men and women... usually there's some small imperfection... but hey, a $130 shirt for 4 bucks? what do you expect?
I have to say though, they have a great little silent auction and a pretty good selection of books... not to mention cheap candle stubs and good furniture once in a while.
