I have been getting this paper for awhile and I do think it is terrific. However I have not always been a satisfied customer. There were some days I would not get the paper delivered at all so I would have to call for a replacement. They have also have caused an over draft on my checking account by not billing me correctly. I think the customer service does not explain billing issues to customers correctly. I still do get the paper but they need to train the representatives better.
