I agree with the review above that Nordstrom does have great customer service. But what I really love about Nordstorms is its cute little cafe for those needing a rest after all the shopping. It really does serve great food in a comfortable atmostphere. You order and pay at the counter and the food is brought to you. The prices are reasonable for lunches, $5 + up and include sandwishes/wraps, entrees, and cookies. The food is good, well prepared and high quality. A perfect little rest stop during shopping.
