The location at Wheaton often has lines out the door. It is amazing how good the chicken is. It comes with two different sauces, a green and a creamy sauce. But most of the flavor comes from the marinade, which I've heard is a closely guarded secret. Unlike most roast or fried chickens, where the flavor is mostly near the skin, the marinade penetrates deep into the core of the meat. Did I mention that the chicken roasted over charcoal? It really makes a lot of difference as compared to the electric rotisseries.
