Hope's cookies are really good. First of all, they're really big, so one is enough. Second, they have some unusual combinations you can't get anywhere else (My favorite is white chocolate chip with macademia nuts). The only drawback is that they are on the expensive side. Hey, that keeps me from eating them every day and getting fat, so it's a positive.
