After inviting in several companies to give us quotes for replacing all of our windows, we went with Thermal Quality. I had a very good experience with them. The product was equivalent to that of many of the national chains, but at a better price, since they just buy one type of window. The salesperson and the installers were friendly. They were able to complete the job in just one day. Also, we had a problem with one window screen and they replaced it promptly. My only complaint, lag time between order and installation was about a month longer than promised.
