Dr Filchak is one of the few eye doctors in Southbury and he is top notch. He does a good amount of business in this town, but all his customers are made to feel like they are important. My family has used this optometrist for years and have been very satisfied with the service here. They accept many insurance carriers and also have a wide selection of frames and contact lens.
