There is always a line outside of Giacomo's Restaurant, though my one experience there has led me to question why that is. The food is so-so as far as Italian cuisine in the North End goes- not the best by any means, which the line would suggest. The service here also was extremely rushed bordering upon being a tad rude. It's also cash-only, which is inconvienient for customers.
