Celebrity chef Ming Tsai's Blue Ginger in the Boston suburb of Wellesley is worth the adventure out of the city for the experience. The Asian Fusioin cuisine is prepared expertly with a heavy emphasis placed on seafood. I enjoyed a tuna steak slathered in the most flavorful of teriyaki sauces on my last visit.
The service here is excellent as it should be in such a gourmet restaurant. The prices are high but so is the value of such well-prepared cuisine.
