In the heart of the Back Bay is one of the best tapas restaurants in Boston. Capitalizing on the "small plate" trend, this restaurant serves a variety of different mini entrées with an emphasis on flavor. Portion sizes are not too small (as is the problem with other tapas places) and the prices make this a good value.
The proprietors of Tapeo take note of regulars and treat them well--- occasionally sending over complimentary dishes that they think they would like. The service here is also excellent. Highly recommended is the garlic shrimp.
