I visited this animal hospital on two emergency occasions-- the first time the doctor was very caring and explained to me the procedures she would be doing to my cat and what I could do to make sure he got better.
The second time I visited this hospital was a different story. The doctor seemed impatient with my cat and proceeded to present me with an estimate for $2000 without even explaining what was wrong with him. I ended up taking my cat home in the midst of the emergency and taking him to a new vet in the morning because I felt uncomfortable leaving him there with the vet on the night staff.
I will never use this animal hospital again after my last experience there. My cat is much better now, but no thanks to this hospital.
