The Salvation Army's answer to helping the addictive turn his life around and
become capable of returning to the working world. They help those who don't
have insurance or have very little. These shelters are always full because there are so many waiting in line to get help. What happens is that they
become discouraged when help isn't readily available and than they use that
as an excuse to fall off the wagon again.
