Near 9 1/2 Mile and Jefferson where you can dock your boats. Too many moons
ago, My father and I would work there in the summertime for the Salis Family. They were the owners. Out by the Lake they had a gas station for the boats and
a tiny store full of cigarettes and pop and goodies like that. I can't count on my hands how many times my father would land in the lake while to trying to jump onto the boats to draw them in for gas. My job was to run the store and I had so much fun! We would be there from early morning until the sun came down.
