Harbor place is fantastic destination for Baltimore tourists and locals alike. HP is a combination of two buildings that house everything from boutique shops to a food court and upscale restaurants, almost all with a great harbor view. This is a fun place to spend an afternoon or evening, but be aware that crowds can make for packed pavilions.
