St. Thomas is the parish my husband attended while growing up in Peoria. There has a been a significant amount of renovations done to this church, and the old sanctuary is now a rear chapel. The church is pretty large, with big windows and skylights, which I really like. If you're a fan of traditional church architecture and artwork, this is not the place for you.
The church seems to have a really active parish community that involves all ages. There's also an attached grade school, so you see a ton of families here.
