Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant is your standard microbrewery and restaurant-- that is, the beer selection is refreshing, but the prices are a bit steep. The seasonal rotation of beer selection makes me want to visit them a few times a year, but their staple porter and raspberry wheat are pretty good year-round. Although they pride themselves on being upscale, I'd stick with the favorites like nachos and Southwestern egg rolls. The wait staff is friendly, but you can tell they're a bit embittered by having to deal with a ton of college kids.
This IH has an outdoor patio, but it tends to fill up pretty quickly in the summer. There's plenty of inside seating available, but if you wish to avoid the college crowd, try the IH on the Wilmington Riverfront instead.
