Legal Seafoods is a fantastic restaurant literally across the street from the Inner Harbor. The decor and appearance from the outside is much more formal than what it really is, so don't let the dark colors and wood paneling frighten you off. Prices are a little steep, but this is an upscale, family-friendly restaurant. I've seen lots of families inside, so do bring your kids here. Make sure you leave room for dessert-- the bananas foster is divine!
